• Educating the young generation and community betterment

Our mission is to provide free, high-quality education and emotional support to orphans and disadvantaged children affected by HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, and other social challenges, empowering them to become future leaders.

We aim to reduce youth unemployment by offering technical skills training, enabling young people to create sustainable employment opportunities for themselves.

Additionally, we focus on empowering single mothers through education and entrepreneurship, helping them establish small businesses to support their families.

We also strive to raise public awareness on critical global issues—such as climate change, domestic violence, girls’ education, and gender inequality—through the arts, including music, dance, and drama.

    support for orphans

The main objective for the establishment of this group was to respond to the HIV/AIDs pandemic in the Rakai District of Uganda that left a significant number of orphans who could not meet their daily needs as well as education. The group founders started an orphanage to provide emotional support coupled with necessities of life such as food, shelter, clothes and others.

Later, they realized that formal education was necessary and started a school within the orphanage which provides elementary education. In addition, the school offers everything to these kids including all school requirements.

    Support for disadvantaged kids

As time passed by, other social issues followed the HIV/AIDs pandemic and these included poverty, increased domestic violence, polygamy and its associated effects, and others that have led to an increased number of single mothers, child-headed families, female-headed families, and abandoned kids. This forced the founders to revise their terms of accepting kids to include none orphans who follow under the above categories.

However, all disadvantaged kids do not get full support like the orphaned kids. Due to limited resources, some disadvantaged kids are asked to come to acquire education support from home, others are asked to get school supplies from their guardians, and others are allowed to stay at the orphanage only during the schooling period and go back home during holidays.

    Community development

To address one of the social issues which was unemployment among the youth and single mothers, the foundation started a programme of skilling unemployed youth in areas such as handcrafts, tailoring, bricklaying, hairdressing, fashion and design, and motor mechanics. With this support, the foundation has helped many people start their own jobs hence reducing the unemployment rate in society

  • “With the support from the locals and well-wishers, we have served our kids and recipients in other departments better than ever. Thank you for being supportive.”
